The Twist Disk comes complete with Rope (colour of your choice), Rope Lock and  Screw-In Swing Hook. This standard 'Swing Hook LS' is the easiest way of attaching a swing to a wooden beam . The hook has a screw thread which you can twist into the underside of the beam.

(The Swing Hook BT can be inserted through a hole drilled in the wooden beam and then fixed in place by fastening the nuts. ... useful if you already have a swing beam with holes drilled all through it.)
