Standard Delivery Service
The price is clearly stated in the Shopping Cart and applies to UK Mainland Only* (excludes Northern scotland postcodes as defined in note below)
Most of the products on our website are delivered within 2 to 5 working days of order placement to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland* (see note below). The exception to this is Jungle Gym; at present Jungle Gym Play Sets and accessories are delivered within 5 to 10 working days.
Delivery Methods
You can drive away with your outdoor toy purchase on the day if you visit our display site in person. Otherwise we utilise a method of delivery appropriate to the size, weight and stock availability of the item.
1. Royal Mail for small, light packages.
2. Carrier to anywhere in mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland* (see note below). Standard delivery is using a 2 or 3 day service. If you need a delivery sooner please call us to discuss. We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Scotland*, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, please call us for an individual delivery quotation. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
3. Our own delivery team, particularly for heavy items to be delivered locally.
4. Shipment direct from the manufacturer (usually carrier service).
* Note: our carrier service treats the following postcodes as 'Northern Scotland': AB31 to 38, AB40 to 56, FK19 to 21, IV all, KW1 to 14, PA21 to 40, PH8,9, 15 to 40, PH49 to 51. Delivery to these postcodes is not included in our Standard Delivery in the checkout, and incurs additional charges. Please telephone for a specific delivery quotation to these postcodes.
If you place an order and your delivery address is outside our Standard Delivery area, we will contact you to advise of additional delivery charges. At this point you can decide to pay the extra charge or we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
Please let us know if your order is required by a certain date and we will make every endeavour to get it to you in time. We can offer delivery upgrades to achieve 'before noon' and 'before 9.30am' deliveries - call us to discuss additional costs before placing an order.
Installation
The majority of our garden products are packaged as 'flat packs' and will require assembly. All come with clear instructions. We can advise you on how much time you might expect to spend assembling and installing your equipment, just call or email.
Alternatively we offer a full assembly and installation service for your play equipment within a 50 mile radius of our display site. Please e-mail or 'phone for prices.
Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy
We take great care to ensure that all the products we offer for sale are of high quality. If, after delivery, you are unhappy with the quality of our products, please contact us immediately with a clear and full explanation of your complaint. Following a justifiable complaint, you will be able to return the goods to us in exchange for a refund of the purchase price, provided that each product is returned in perfect condition (ie. unused) within ten days of the delivery of the goods to you. All goods must be repackaged as they arrived with you and returned in their original packaging. You will not be charged for any return delivery costs. Your rights against us shall be limited to your rights to the return of your money. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You have the right to cancel your order or any part of it within 7 working days of the date of delivery of the order to you. To cancel your order you should notify us within that period and then, at your own cost, return the goods to us as soon as reasonably possible. Please note that goods must be returned unopened, complete and undamaged with all accessories and instructions intact. Please telephone to arrange a returns number.
Damaged items
Please check all your items upon receipt and if the goods have been obviously damaged or broken in transit, reject the delivery. Even if there is slight damage to the packaging and you are happy to accept the delivery, please mark the paperwork as "item damaged". If, upon opening the packaging proper, the article is intact then no action is required. If, upon opening the package the article inside is damaged, please contact us. We will arrange for collection and once we have received the returned goods, we will either, exchange the individual part or the whole product as appropriate, or refund you the purchase price. |
